In May 14th to 22nd, Atlas managed to collaborate with The Parc South City to bring Virtual Reality experiences into Indonesia Property Expo. The virtual reality was meant to showcase The Parc South City unit available in some of the most prestigious locations in Indonesia.

The Parc South City
With 1,701 apartments and three buildings, The Parc is SouthCity's coliving-inspired residential complex. The Parc, a 1.5-hectare development aimed at establishing a fully balanced lifestyle for today's millennials, is planned with 75 percent green space.
There is a working area with free Wi-Fi, a 1,122m running track, 50m swimming pool, properly equipped gym, sports courts, children's playground, and other cross spaces in this development that promotes openness, sharing, and cooperation.
The architecture is certainly contemporary, intelligent, and rhythmic, providing inhabitants with plenty of seclusion while still evoking a feeling of handmade workmanship.
The beautiful rooms offer a welcoming design that is founded on comfort. Warm tones and elements complement the softened principles of contemporary design. The Parc turns regular living areas into urban sanctuaries: a setting that is both useful and, more importantly, personal.
Virtual Reality for The Parc South City
The Parc South City “bring” their Show unit to EXPO using Virtual Reality devices, Oculus Go in collaboration with ATLAS Reality. The purpose of this collaboration was to allow the visitors to experience their marketing gallery and bring their 3 types of show unit apartment without having to actually to go there. Thus, virtual reality provides an all-new marketing strategy through innovative technology.
Why Use VR?
VR or virtual tour is one of the things that must be done by every property owner or developer. The technology would make it easier for prospective buyers searching for their future investments. Considering that the potential buyers now are millennials who are online all the time, it is very important to follow the trend to stay ahead among competitors.
